If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy explains the process for returns, replacements, and refunds.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The item must be returned with original packaging, certificate (if applicable), invoice, and tags.
The product must not show any signs of damage, alteration, or wear.
Gemclusters reserves the right to inspect the returned item before approving the refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or made-to-order gemstone jewellery
Energized or astrologically activated gemstones
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging or certification
Products returned after the return period
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
The refund request will be reviewed.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
If the product received is:
Damaged
Incorrect
Defective
You may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with product images and order details.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged product).
We recommend using a trackable courier service for returning items.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy.
